This short film has been posted about in many blogs, but in case you missed it I wanted to link to it here. It comes from MTV’s “Look Different” Campaign which seeks to bring up issues of privilege and bias. We all have biases – some are cognizant of them while others seem blissfully unaware.
This film shows us how we perceive masculinity and heteronormativity in society. There were a few things mentioned in the film that I hadn’t really even thought about. It makes you look at yourself, and also how you look at the people around you.
